Cindy Bonior

President and Chief Executive Officer
Armed with strong leadership skills and more than 35 years of managing non-profits, Cindy is responsible for providing direction and leadership for the Chamber and developing a mix of products and services that provide value to members, all while managing the day to day operations. She articulates the mission and vision of the Chamber, and works closely with the Board of Directors to establish policies. As the Director of the Fremont Festival of the Art and Fremont Burger & Brew Fest, Cindy develops the means to leverage the power and presence of the festival to benefit Chamber Members and the community.

Napoleon Batalao

Director of Digital Communications
Napoleon has worked in communications/marketing for over 20 years and is responsible for for developing and maintaining an effective communication program that engages not only Chamber Members but also the greater Fremont community. He maintains a strong web presence by managing multiple websites and a variety of social media platforms. Napoleon is also responsible for the design and layout of the Chamber’s e-newsletter, *The Fremont Business Now.

Jennifer Clark

Director of Creative Content
Jennifer leverages her Fine Arts degree and 10+ years of experience in the arts/entertainment industry to design compelling visual content for the Chamber. She works closely with all Chamber Staff to develop and execute a comprehensive creative vision for each facet of the Chamber including the overall Chamber brand, Chamber events, social platforms, advertising campaigns and marketing messages.
